We are looking for a Middle Account Manager to join our team.
- Communicating with the already existing customers over the phone;
- Communicating with our customers via chats and emails;
- Building friendly, strong and trustful relationship with each customer;
- Helping our customers with any questions they have regarding our product and our company.
- Handling reports and invoicing, financial and admin issues related to invoicing, reporting, team composition.
- Finding opportunities for upsales, accounts development.
- High communicative skills
- 2+ years of working experience as Account Manager
- The desire to build a long-lasting and strong partnership with clients
- Customer-centric and result-oriented person
- Experience in working with international customers
- High level of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills with a focus on listening and asking the right questions
